Spanish

Spanish 1A: This class serves as an introduction to the Spanish language and the Spanish-speaking world's cultures, traditions, and cuisine. Students will develop the four basic language skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing. 

Spanish 1B: A continuation of Spanish 1A. Students who are in 7th grade are encouraged to take Span 1B in 8th grade. 8th-grade students should plan on enrolling in Spanish 2 in High School. Students are introduced to past tense, irregular verbs, and continue to expand their abilities in basic conversation.
