Counselors

A counselor's role in middle school is never ending. We begin and end our year by helping 5th grade students transition to Clifton and 8th grade students to the high school. MUSD Counselors are fully credentialed and follow the American School Counselor Association standards. We help all students in the areas of Personal and Social, Career and Academic development.  Our Comprehensive Counseling program ensures all students are safe at school, prepared for high school, college and career. Services provided include: personal and social counseling, grade and attendance advisement, and referrals to our tutoring program and outside agencies as needed.
